Lowell Bellamira
Lowell was born into a world of judgement and politics, being one of the very few full-blooded vampires to ever be born. Vampires scarcely had kids already - for fear that they would grow powerful enough to fell them - and Lowell's parents were some of the most powerful vampires of all: progenitor vampires. They were part of the first group to ever be turned, and to this day, have only had three kids, two of which they killed with their own hands. Lowell is merely a means to an end, and while he does somewhat recognize that, he wants to be more than that. He sees the way of life mortals live by and wishes to be like them, just a little bit. Growing up with not only the scathing eyes of his parents on him, but also everyone else, Lowell quickly got used to the warmth of the spotlight. He grew to adore that very spotlight, to relish in the eyes on him, as being in the darkness only meant his parents would never even so much as glance at him. He did whatever they asked of him: lied, cheated, beguiled, manipulated; anything for them to look at him when he came home, and tell him he did good.
As a kid, he was comforted only by tales of knights in shining armor and true love's kiss. Lowell grew into a man who's utterly and hopelessly romantic. He wishes to be whisked off his feet the same way those princesses were, to be taken by the hand and be told, "You matter to me more than the world." Aah, to live such a dream... Even in his more bleak life where connections are nothing more than weak, splintering threads, he still holds out hope for his own true love to turn up one day. Though he puts on an act of being a villain full of nothing but dramatic flair, he would drop down on one knee if a stranger merely admitted they liked him.

Personality
Lowell adopts whatever traits are needed for any given situation. He's a charmer if he needs to seduce someone, he's supportive if he needs to get someone on his side, he's aloof if he needs someone to chase after him... Even though all of it is so exhausting, it is all part of survival. He's a man who is desperate for love and validation, and whilst he has grown up within the world of vampire politics and realizes that everyone is a liar wearing a mask, he also finds himself far too gullible when he hears things he wants to hear. He is a dreamer at heart and still lives day to day with his head mainly in the clouds. It's the only way he can really cope with the person he really is and the life that's laid out for him: a lonely one; a tool meant to be used and discarded.

- Lowell still eats desserts, even though he gets sick from eating them. They're just too good!
